What to Expect

We have a team on the ground in San Pedro, that will make your experience seamless. From your travel to the villa, daily needs and booking excursions, we have you covered!

You are in great hands

You are in great hands with our onsite team, including Cava the sweet pup who lives on property (but not in the villas, please).

Damian, our onsite caretaker is just wonderful. He tends to the grounds and is available for any questions or needs you may have.

Amparo is our lovely housekeeper that will tidy up throughout your stay and can do your laundry at $5/load.

Vladimir is our night guard, who will be on property from dusk to dawn.

Seamless Travel & Support

Janice at Reef Management, our trusted management company, will handle your transfers to and from the San Pedro airport, including a quick stop for groceries. Your transfer to and from the villa are complimentary. You can travel to the island via a Tropic Air puddle jumper or the ferry. They are also available to assist with booking your golf court, additional tours and excursions, ensuring you make the most of your stay.

Activities & Excursions

Clinton with Ali Mermaid Adventures, will pick you up at the South dock for the excursion of your choice. Enjoy snorkeling, swimming with sharks, fishing or cave tubing! You can’t go wrong. He will even cook up your fresh catch and it is delish. Explore vibrant coral reefs and encounter friendly marine life, including loggerhead turtles and stingrays. Ambergris Caye is the home of famed dive sites, including Hol Chan Marine Reserve and the 124m deep Great Blue Hole.

Belize Food Tours are seasonal and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Secret Beach

If beach hopping is more your thing, you can golf cart over to Secret Beach and marvel at the crystal clear water. Just minutes away from the Caye Villas, you can choose from different bars, with different vibes and enjoy great drinks and food. There is something for everyone, including kids playscapes, jet ski rentals or enjoy a massage on the beach. Immerse yourself into the local scene with amazing restaurants and shopping.

The street food is also good and safe. A few more local favorites include El Fagon, FryJack House, Flight Cafe and Patz Deli

Local Tiendas (stores)

Located just behind the villa, The Winey Gringa is more upscale. Tienda Escondido, more local, is just down the street. Palm Supermarket is a new larger store just 1 mile towards town. There are other larger stores in town, as well.
